Jennifer Thibodeau, M.P.T.


Graduated from Shenandoah University in 1996 with a B.S. in Biology

Graduated from Shenandoah University in 1999 with a Masters in Physical Therapy

Currently working toward Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University

-Worked acute care at Winchester Medical Center for 6 years treating a variety of patients on the orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, oncology, renal, obstetrical, and pulmonary floors.

-Worked 2 years in a general outpatient orthopedic clinic where I developed the Women's Health and Incontinence programs

-I started Personal Physical Therapy Services in 2007 to provide a comfortable, private environment to address the wide range of special pelvic conditions to which I specialize, as well as provide one on one care for traditional orthopedic problems.

On a Personal Note:
I enjoy spending time with my husband, eight year old son, Christopher, and 5 year old daughter, Allison. I volunteer with Animal Allies, a foster organization assisting unwanted kittens and cats in Winchester, Virginia.

Sheila Silman

Sheila Silman has been with Personal Physical Therapy Services for a year functioning as Office Assistant. She handles many administrative duties such as patient appointment reminders, data entry, and insurance benefits verification. She has a vast array of office experience including time spent self-employed with a secretarial/packaging business, administrative assistant for a major construction company, and she has been the office manager for a publishing/advertising company.


Moonlight and Starbright

Moonlight and Starbright are "therapy cats" who live at the office during the week and come home on the weekend. The kitties are a calming and fun part of the practice.
